  I'd managed to hurt my lob wedge on the toe. It needed a bit of grinding.Those snobs at PGA Golf Superstore turned me away. (Wouldn't they rather that I buy a new lobby?!) I have blacklisted them! I went to Golf Galaxy today to change a grip. I asked then if they'd grind my club head. The young lad refused. I wasn't happy. While he was changing my grip, I went for a stroll in the store. I found that their golf lessons are very resonable. When I returned to the fitting counter, there was another person, Colin, there. He saw my lob wedge and asked what I wanted done. I told him that it needed a bit of grinding but it seems that they didn't do it. Back home in Australia, every golf club fitter has a grinder. Colin, quietly, picked up my club and did the needful. With a big smile, he handed the club to me and said, "There you go, mate!" I was touched. Colin has earned Golf Galaxy a loyal client.

  Brought in 5 wood that broke at hosel. First shocked it was not warranteed, as warranty started when club was made, not when I purchased in March 2017. Ok, stupid but ok. So take old shaft with my grip-needed to measure said employee. Didn't want new grip, had one on broken shaft. Come back to pick up after paying for new shaft and installation. Where is my old shaft and grip? Employee quotes: didn't say to keep. My handwriting but I didn't do the work. So they threw away my property, didn't offer anything except, I didn't do the work. They can keep their business. Will not return. And I am sorry because the one great employee, Vic, wasn't there to help. You all need a lesson in customer service and standing up when you do someone wrong. Shame on you.
