  Amazing specialty store. They sell all the classic foods I grew up on: lox, herring, blintz, etc. The food looks delicious. The breads are baked fresh by the bakers working away right in front of your eyes. The fish and meat counters looked very appetizing. The store is brand new and it looks that way. It’s very clean and well staffed. I’m quite impressed. I hope they maintain this standard of cleanliness. The parking lot and entrance/exit are dangerous. Dead ends and confusing signage make it difficult to navigate. Be careful! The store is not overpriced and I would even say their prices are comparable with any supermarket for the non-specialty stuff. I took some pictures of what interests me the most: lox herring and blintz. Yum yum! Can’t wait to return.

  Nicely decorated but beware of low quality salads and hot meals in prepared foods department. We tried about 10 items and more than half had awful taste - heavy, greasy and very salty, could not eat. One salad was OK, so I took it second time but it turned to be completely sour and musty. When I complained and asked for reimbursement, manager refused to give me money back and said I had to immediately come back to the store on the same day I bought it (who would drive back because of a salad jar??) The respectful store like Shop Rite would process a return without saying a word. This manager did not seem to care about customer satisfaction. Another problem is that cashiers make mistakes all the time charging you more than items cost. Some people do not pay attention, but I usually look at the screen so I see what they charge. Last time they tried to charge me $8.99 per pound for candy which costs $2.99. And all 4 or 5 times I shopped there, I have caught similar mistakes. People are so impressed by a nice store design that they do not pay attention to the bad quality and attitude.

  Just came from my shopping excursion and all I can say is wow!!! They did a great job, it was totally worth the wait! Very clean and spacious store that has everything under one roof, from produce to deli, meat, salad bar, a great selection of organic foods/dairy and so much more. I will definitely be back again and again.
