Extremely rude, crass, scammer, I went in to buy my fiancee to be ring and he told me to stop wasting time and just buy it!!! I asked him may I see the agreement before I buy and he refused . He is the BEST example of a HORRIBLE EMPLOYEE. I took my 12k and went to another jewler instead. He should be FIRED.
