  It is a cookie old Navy, but great if you are shopping for little kids. Since the prices are affordable. Just it is a little messy and long checkout lines.

  WORST. MANAGER. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER. I've never EVER had a worse experience in my life! For the first time ever, someone says "leave the store. I will call security" because I argued the fact that her employee failed to mention that this item is final sale and I tried to return it!! She (Jaime) is defending him and insisting there is nothing she can do! She said "I understand, but I can't return it" at least 6 times so I simply said "I really don't think you understand" and she went fire on me after this!!! She can't handle a frustrated customer, then she can't be a manager or work in customer service, period!! Be careful what you buy from her, otherwise she will call security on you! Old Navy, you lost a customer and I'm sure you will lose so many more if you keep her in your company!!
