I do not recommend going here... my mother wanted to return her phone and when she got there they told her it’s a nation system wide computer problem meanwhile yesterday I returned my phone at another corporate sprint store and there was no problem. WHATEVER YOU DO , do not go to JOHN. He clearly has no idea what he is talking about and should not be working there.
